I’ve worked with this company a couple times now, and the work they’ve done has been absolutely amazing! Not only do I feel confident that my carpets are clean and safe, the customer service is absolutely top notch. I called Friday afternoon, memorial weekend to get my carpets clean for my move out in three days. Bill went above and beyond to get me in first thing the next morning. I highly recommend this company for any future carpet cleaning needs!

Bill is great! He is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and explained to me all about why he uses the type of cleaner he does, and how it works. I’m very pleased with his service and I’m glad I used Pro Carpet Cleaners. I definitely recommend Bill and his business. Their online scheduling system is excellent as well, and I greatly appreciated it as someone who doesn’t like making phone calls. The prices are fair and the service is excellent, and the text alerts throughout are very helpful!
