Chelsea falsified my appraisal, lied to the bank and to me. I have text and emails to prove it. She believes that she is an engineer but is not licensed or has any qualifications. Yet she makes decisions that appraisers cannot do. She will not accept letters from licensed engineers and contractors if it goes against her "opinion". The banks in my area, mountain america, America First refuse to use her anymore. I am not the first or the last that she has screwed over. I am filing an official complaint as well as my neighbors are doing. I have also contacted an attorney because she actually cost

I would rate this in the negative if it was possible. The appraiser named Steve lost us our loan due to false information. He put in the wrong water rights number to our home and also failed to add in that we had a replacement furnace we just hadn't put it in due to it being almost summer. Due to these things we were denied our loan.
We were denied because your appraiser put the wrong water rights number on his appraisal .Therefore it showed we had an unfinished home. We were perfectly happy with the appraisal amount. So yes your appraiser is the reason for the denial of our loan .He also left
