David is the absolute best!! We thoroughly enjoyed working with him on the recent sale of our home.
We have not had great experiences with Realtors in the Southern Utah area in the past. Purchasing our home a few years ago, and doing some real estate transactions for my family, let me just say, it was particularly painful being a female in the Utah market. Past experiences, I was unacknowledged and completely left out of the back-and-forth with realtors, title companies, home inspectors, etc. No matter how many times we asked, all parties chose to communicate with my significant other; incorrectly

I've worked with different realtors to buy and sell homes 7 times. I Rate Dave Alderman as #1 of those realtors. Dave listened closely to our requirements and knew the local area well enough to narrow down our search very quickly. He was also a tremendous help in negotiating a very good price. A year later we asked Dave to help us track down some information on the original builder of the house. In no time at all, Dave had the information that allowed us to file a warranty claim on three windows. I recommend Dave for anyone buying or selling a home in the St George Area.
