The variety of services we provide at our office is unique and possibly unlike any other doctor's office you may have visited. This is because of our focus on the entire person and all of their lifestyle choices. We take time with each patient to ensure that we're addressing not only any existing health challenges but improving the quality of life for all our patients.
Natural Results founder Dr. Scott Cabazolo provides an instrument and hands-on approach for adjusting the spine to correct misalignments that cause pain or reduced function. He uses gentle, painless techniques that help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their treatment.
His mission is not only to help his patients heal from injury but to show them that a better life is available through education and the practice of a healthy lifestyle.

He began practicing massage therapy in Florida the following January. He moved to Virginia the following year and provided patient care for Valley Health for the next couple of years as a massage therapist and group fitness instructor. He started working with Dr. Scott at Natural Results Chiropractic in February of 2000 and continues to provide therapeutic care to most of Dr. Scott's patients each day.
Since Dr. Cabazolo established the practice in 1996, three chiropractic assistants and two massage therapists have joined the team and our patient roster is always expanding. Our team has a focus on providing high-quality care with a gentle touch.

Chiropractic care is the safe and effective alternative to back surgery and many other invasive procedures. Many of our patients have admitted that they felt skeptical or even frightened by the idea of getting an adjustment-and that's okay! I was sent to Natural Results by a good friend of mine after I had a pretty bad deadlifting injury
After ONE visit I felt amazing and way better. No I’m not 100% better but the amount of pain that has vanished from my ankles, knees, lower back, upper back and neck has been remarkable to say the least. I no longer have to mentally brace myself to get out of bed or to do trivial tasks anymore because I feel a lot more mobile and pain-free!

I have scoliosis and have regularly received chiropractic care since I was a child. I have been going to Dr. Cabazolo since moving to Front Royal over 20 years ago. I absolutely love him and his staff. They are always attentive and caring, whether it is a regular visit, or I need an extra visit because I have done something I shouldn't, such as horseback riding or going on rollercoasters.

I had seen Dr. Scott for many years. However, due to timing I had stopped receiving chiropractic care for nearly eight. Two weeks ago I called NR for an emergency appointment because I could not walk nor stand up straight. Within one adjustment, I was pretty much back to normal. I am now three adjustments in and feel 100%. Thank you Dr. Scott and his staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Cabazolo on and off over the last 26 years. I would be a cripple today without his healing knowledge and treatment. I retired after many years of construction to go back to school and become an RN. I currently work as a Critical Care Neuro Trauma nurse in a nearby Medical Center.
