Engineering Dynamics LLC was founded in 2002 by brothers Richard and Jeffrey Spitzlei. Both with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management, we proceeded to work in different aspects of manufacturing. As a result of our education, technology orientation and hands-on experience on the manufacturing floor, we saw clearly that technology-driven processes would revolutionize the manufacturing and machining process.
Engineering Dynamics LLC is not only diverse in the services we have to offer but also the industries we service. Just as there is a difference between how we approach a prototype job versus a production job, the same is true from industry to industry.
Engineering Dynamics LLC is a full service precision CNC manufacturing facility with capabilities ranging from initial design to large scale production. We provide quality parts and support to an array of markets including Military, Medical, RF/Microwave and Automotive. Working with such a diverse group of customers exposes Engineering Dynamics to a multitude of different requirements.
Using the latest in CNC technology and workpiece fixturing we are able to achieve the highest tolerance levels by keeping individual parts on one machine no matter how many processes are needed. This is supported by our state of the art quality control system. Which starts with our first article inspection procedure and utilizes the latest in CMM technology.
We employ the latest CAD/CAM technology, along with up-to-date data communications, enabling the processing of data to customer specifications in virtually any format. The foundation of our design process is the use of feature-based, parametric solid modeling to define part geometry. Parametric models allow us to make very fast design changes without geometry re-creation, and also help to capture design intent for downstream applications.
