Custom Designing & Engineering designed the renovation of the club's existing lobby, cardio room, strive/weight room, and child watch facility. The HVAC design included measures to increase the amount of fresh air delivered to the spaces for improved indoor air quality and occupant comfort. New high efficiency lighting was specified throughout the renovated areas.
