This morning I called Mark and was surprised that he answered and spoke with me regarding my situation right away. He was very kind and seemed knowledgeable. My situation was involving an old case he recommend another lawyer who handle my issue more specifically. He asked me straight forward questions which gave me hope and I felt it was not a random find on Yelp. I believe Mark is an awesome and caring lawyer. I have known Mark Bain for many years, and found him to be very knowledgeable with regards to the "ins and outs" of family law issues and wills and trusts. I have worked with him directly, and noticed his passion for helping people with their problems. I have personally witnessed him be very aggressive when necessary, and compassionate to his clients and their needs at the same time. I have referred many clients to him, and all have been very happy. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He is worth the money.....

Mark saved my family. I am not exaggerating. He saved my son from an evil health facility where he was being illegally held captive. I called him yesterday out of desperation. He had planned to take Friday off, but he dropped everything today to come with us and fight so hard to get our son back. He was extremely professional, just the right amount of assertive, and he knew all of the right things to say. It was very clear that if we did not have Mark, our son could’ve been there for another week. He is a really great guy and I can’t think of a better lawyer.

Trying to find a "good" lawyer is like trying to find a "good" mechanic or "good" dentist. And "good" usually means "OK" or "acceptable enough" because you have no choice, and just need things to get things done.

My mother just hired Mark Bain for help on a restraining order. Didn't really think we needed a lawyer, pretty open and shut case, I was trying to save money.
