After hiring this firm having to handle the modification documentation from 2 different mortgage servicer’s. After about 4-5 months the representative handwritten on the documentation in small print to where she thought I wouldn’t see that information. It states that I could pay the full amount of the mortgage payment. I never said I could pay almost $700 month mortgage payments, that is why I was doing a modification on the mortgage to get the payments lowered. So I fired them. By far the worse legal team in history! My first red flag should have been when I was asked to lie about my marital situation. They did absolutely nothing to help as I was the one sending documents to my mortgage company. When asked to call for clarification or questions, I was never reached or they would reach me during work hours knowing I could not answer even after making that clear to them. However if you miss a payment u get 8 to 10 calls non stop. I am already writing the bar for unethical behavior and will continue to reach out to all who will hear me until something is done! they knew

My experience with Amerihope was amazing. They told me time and time again there was no guarantee of the investors accepting my application but Ruth Gross helped me every step of the way to getting that acceptance letter and a final loan modification. Ruth stayed on top of my lender, ensuring follow up calls were made as needed. Several times I got conflicting answers from the loan servicer but Ruth was able to clear things up immediately.
If not for Amerihope Alliance, I would have lost my home to a Sheriff's Sale after a 5-year struggle. YMMV.

I've read some other reviews; I guess not every case works out as well as mine, however I was getting no where trying to deal with the bank directly.
My experience with Amerihope was fantastic. Since my modification there has not been a single day I haven't paused to think how grateful I am they were their for me when I needed them most. With out Amerihope Alliance I would have lost my home, my credit, and I would be paying more per month just to rent an apartment smaller then my house.
