I had a roof leak issue that caused water to run through my ceiling and into my dining room. To my surprise, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to repair it. Of the nearly dozen companies I called, Duration was the only company that wanted to repair my roof; all of the others kept pushing for a full replacement. Given my home is only 7 years old and had a lot of life remaining, I wasn't interested a new roof.

Gave me a reasonable estimate, helped me deal with my insurance. They followed up with the insurance and provided me updates. They were very professional, responsive, and always on time. They completed the roof in a day. They were awesome. Cleaned up after. They did a magnetic sweep of the yard.

We hired these guys to replace our roof after we saw the job they did on our neighbor's roof. They were amazing. I don't always take the time to write a review (unless I have a horrible experience) but I'm taking the time for these guys because they were truly amazing. They gave us a more than reasonable quote and we had insurance paperwork and documents signed within a couple of days. And then they were here working on the roof that same week. I'm not even sure how many guys showed up - because there were so many of them. We have a 2600 square foot, 2 story house and the roof was completely done
