Jeff and Daltyn did and outstanding job explaining how they were going to conduct an inspection of our roof, power roof vents, stacks and a 2nd floor window which showed some algae. They conducted the inspection both in the attic and on the roof using a camera to video what they saw with explanations. After the inspection, Jeff and Daltyn showed me the video and concluded by saying that the roof and all fixtures were in excellent condition and that no repairs or maintenance was needed.

I contacted TAG after noticing a leak after a storm and finding them recommended on "next door". I was connected with Glenn (who came out on a holiday no less) who not only located the leak, but took the extra step of showing me video of my roof and the problem spot - but he fixed it at no charge! Many thanks to Glenn for going above and beyond - and for TAG roofing for such prompt response.

A roof is something you hope not to purchase more than two or three times at most in your lifetime, and I'd already had two bad experiences with roofing contractors. Thankfully I had met Garth and Teresa personally and found them to be honest, hardworking, and caring individuals which made it an easy choice to try Tag for my third and hopefully final roofing experience. I'm glad I did. Mike did a great job of explaining everything and giving us realistic expectations of the process, time frame, and cost. Tag roofing did outstanding job replacing our roof. Glenn went above and beyond in negotiating with our insurance company on our behalf. He kept us informed during the insurance process as well as time line for roof repairs. Had a hail storm. Neighbor suggested I try TAG Roofing. I didn't have high expectations because the industry doesn't have a great reputation. But they were easy to work with and did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised. There crew is very experienced.

I am so thankful for my recent experience with TAG Roofing. We purchased our home two and a half years ago and just recently noticed a leak in our garage. I dug out the paperwork from the previous owners and noticed that the warranty was still good for 6 more months. I contacted the company and explained my situation, thinking that I would get blown off. Garth, the owner of TAG, was very responsive and called me back immediately.
