Riviera Country Club is a disgusting facility. I work for HK Facility Services, a commercial cleaning company out of Arlington Heights, IL. We were hired by Riviera to perform a deep clean of their building for… their post COVID reopening. My team and I spent a total of 350 man hours cleaning this pitiful building. We were tasked with jobs like peeling dead mice off of the kitchen floor and scrubbing the molded food debris off of the grills and ovens. We spent over a months time going back to fulfill their complaints after the 3 day initial clean. We have done everything Riviera has asked

Reopening post COVID was officially yesterday. I worked out today and it brought back memories. 😊 There's some fresh paint, pools are open and refurbished, spa and steam rooms are open too. It's a work in progress. I'm so very happy that it has reopened as it was always a great club with many amenities and I feel over time it will be even better. Welcome back, Riviera !
