I can't recommend Platinum Inspection and Kenny enough. We have bought and sold several homes over the many years and Kenny has been by far the best inspector to work with. Kenny's knowledge and experience is evident by the thorough way he checks out everything in a home. He's very methodical and has the latest tools to work with. He arrived promptly and was able to tell us about the house in a way that I could understand (My husband is by far more knowledgeable than I). He has a very friendly, calm and steady demeanor and was easy to reach with questions and provided a follow-up inspection of

Kenny and his partner were great. I needed a home inspection last minute and they were able to do it. They were very thorough and professional and explained everything to me and and answered ALOT of my questions. I definitely recommend these guys.

I cannot recommend this company. Kenny appeared to be in over his head with our inspection. He missed an open electrical permit from what turned out to be a really shady electrical company, a cracked sewer line with a hole in it leaking sewage in our crawl space (they ran the water extensively when they were here, so vacancy at the time is no excuse), and highly visible electrical wiring in our attic space that multiple electricians have since called a fire hazard. I contacted Kenny asking him to simply reimburse us for the inspection fee to help us fund the associated repairs we needed to make

Home sale inspection. The guy obviously thinks he’s an electrician. 6 items listed, 4 electrical, 2 HVAC. HVAC was so basic. No sticker on the unit for annual service. Ok. Father in law is retired state electrical inspector. “Improperly grounded wire to gas meter”. It’s a tracer wire. Gas pipes are plastic and the gas company buries a tracer wire alongside the pipe for the purpose of locating the pipe. Not only is there nothing to ground, this is the property of the gas company and is not to be tampered with. Guy needs to learn to stay in his lane. He is not an electrician.

These guys inspected the home we were purchasing and were extremely thorough and professional. I mean they inspected everything they possibly could’ve and then used inferred on all the fluid lines and connections. Would definitely use again.

Kenny was wonderful. Had my home inspected today. First of all he was very personable and calm which to me was so very important. This is my first home so I didn't want to get all worked up over something that didn't need it. He made my appointment and listened to my concerns. He reviewed everything super thorough explained things that are easily fixed. My report will come tomorrow but the pictures he showed me were great.
Highly recommend and the price is way better than any other in town, and much better experience than I have had before!!
