Best dental experience. The staff is awesome. The dentist is sweet and gentle. Strongly recommend.

After calling a dozen other offices and scheduling an appointment a week later to take care of a dental emergency, I made one last call- to this office! Even though they were busy, they made time to get me in that very same day!! They not only handled my emergency quickly and efficiently- they made me feel at ease and gave me advice for other dental issues as well. Affordable, quality dentistry- I highly recommend!

Went for my wisdom tooth extraction. Outstanding service!! Do not listen to those negative reviews- they are generalizing from one instance or just having a bad day. The staff was very polite and professional when confirming my insurance information. Dr uses mouth camera to show current condition of your teeth and explains the procedure in detail, which is super helpful to patients. You can relax on the chair and see everything on the big screen in front of you (high tech!). Dr loves his job and takes excellent care of his patients. The office was also super clean and you can see sanitizing efforts

Super frustrated at this point! This is supposed to be emergency care. My 6 yr old daughter was up all last night in pain! They won't take her because I don't have the money to dish out right than and there because it's Sunday and the insurance won't go through until tomorrow! They can't bill it to me so I'm being charged a visit and an er fee! Outrageous and so disappointing seriously! It's so sad that people can't work with u when it comes to the kids. Money money money!

AWESOME! I went to 2 different dentists because my crown kept breaking. Both of them used impression where they would take some material and squeeze into my mouth. I hated the impression because it was messy and I have small mouth so the staff had hard time putting the impression material in my mouth. But this office was very high tech! it used digital impression where no materials were shoved into my mouth. Just camera and took scan digitally. No mess and no stretching my cheeks. I highly recommend this place if you are getting crowns done!

Check in was great! Both of the receptionist were kind. Doing x rays was simple and quick. Dr Chung was kind. My only issue was the young woman who does the finance for this office. Instead of running scan, and extractions through my insurance. She asked for payment upfront for about 3 mins. With me also including a “no” each time. Felt pressured but also Dr Chung trying to do the influence in the back with this finance manager on where the funds come from.
I was later informed that if the insurance approved them. That I wouldn’t get my deposit back at all. Poor practice to get a little

Lifesaver office. As a registered nurse, I see pandemic caused many medical staffs/offices stopped working. (Not for the money, just many people do not want to work during this pandemic.) So i could not find legit dental office who can accept me immediately. However, this office could accept me even on Sunday. No other dental offices work during weekend place. This dental office deserves 6 stars I wish to give. I was in horrible pain over weekend, and the doctor could handle my toothpain, and receptionist was very kind, APPRECIATED

The service/treatment I received from this office was amazing. I had no problem getting the cost covered by my insurance company - I think all complaints about insurance coverage should go out to each person's own insurance company!

The doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. The staff is really friendly. They explain everything and are very gentle. They are hard working and I always see that they always do their best. Very kind with children too.

Dentis lee thinks he knows what he's doing but in reality he is a young man who is to full of himself. He told me he can't do tooth whitening until I let him perform tooth fillings on teeth which don't require it according to other dentist.

I have mixed feelings about this place as I waited awhile to review the office. So I had an emergency pain in my tooth which Stacy (Receptionist) was able to squeeze me in for a Sunday. Stacy is great at what she does, forgot my ID and she was fine with it. Took all my info down just super helpful. Since it was a Sunday they were unsure if they took my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for the costs which the billing manager said they'd pay the difference once I got the EOB in the mail (I've yet given it to them because I don't want to make another appointment with them honestly

I have been looking for a dentist for a long while and I happen to come across this office. Now I am scared out of my mind of dentist!!! and I can deal with pain anywhere else other than in my mouth. Dr and his staff are very pleasant made me feel comfortable. Very professional and informative.

My experience today was more that what I expected. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and informative! They made me feel very comfortable cause I was beyond nervous but they helped me get through it! I would recommend Dr. Harris Hyuk Lee for anyone that needs an amazing dentist! Thank you again for everything! Also they work with you if you do not have insurance which I am very grateful!

I visited this newly opened dental office today for my annual check up. I found this place from a magazine while I was looking for a new dentist. Although this place was quite far from where I live, the location was still convenient for me since my uncle lives in Bayonne. After reading through the article about Dr. Lee, I simply decided to book an appointment before their opening promotion end. I now think that it was a great choice as Dr. Lee was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very nice and chill.

This office has a CT machine that provides a cool 3D image of my entire mouth
