After thorough research I was excited to take the van to Centennial.
However, I experienced very poor customer service and they failed to address the main issue I brought the van in for. Like going to a doctor who doesn’t listen. When dropping off, I asked numerous times for them to take care of a critical issue (service engine light) with expectations they would. After a full day in the shop, they took care of one issue but not the critical issue I had asked. The van is still not in drivable shape!?!

My van died and after verifying it wasn't the battery or any relays, I took it here to find out what was wrong. After a few days, they called and said it was due to after-market alarm system (which I had no idea was even installed) and that they couldn't help- it was beyond their knowledge and they simply didn't have the time to 'mess around and figure it out.' While I appreciated the honesty, I come from a family of mechanics. Anytime something was beyond my father's knowledge, he always took the time to recommend another trusted mechanic who could help, offered to tow the car there, etc. Not
