Came in for a bad oil leak. They seemed to have done a good job with the repairs but they didn’t clean ANY of the oil from the under carriage and now my car smells like burning oil everyday(I saw the car on the lift). Also they removed the bumper now my headlight warning light is on and they told me they didn’t know what it was and didn’t have the software to fix it. Something to consider if you’re thinking of taking your car here. I DON’T think they did a thorough job and wouldn’t take my car here again unless I absolutely had to. They had the car for 4 days and it cost almost 2 grand

This is the best place to take your auto for repair or general maintenance! They are extremely knowledgeable, fast , pleasant and efficient. My auto was smoking by the time I drove it home from work, took it to them the next day and they immediately found the problem, replaced needed parts, charged a fair price and were very easy for me, a novice, to deal with. I've been dealing with them for over two years and there's nothing for me to complain about - nor will anyone else who goes to them for needed work done.

I installed my rack and pinion wrong. And my steering wheel was really stiff. I called with only about an hour until closing. And They allowed me to come and put my car up on a lift in short notice.
Alex was able to diagnose the problem, explain to me what it was, and fix it all within the hour.
He was even able to take my steering wheel off and fix the alignment on that too.
And by the time I left my car was as good as new. I appreciate how friendly, reasonable and honest. They are here.
I'm coming back for sure next time I have a problem with my car.
Finally I found someone I feel

I recently met with Alex and Dennis and I was very impressed! They were extremely helpful and professional!
I went to have them check out my Subaru and they were knowledgeable, attentive, and helped educate me on many things about my car. I was a bit concerned about a part in my car and they explained things in great deal and even showed me around the engine bay and underneath the car while it was on the lift.
I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend going to see them with any car issues you are having. Thanks again!

I have never felt so inclined to write a review for anything before, yet the service and care I received from New Way Auto Solutions and the individuals there were so excellent that I feel compelled to let anyone out there looking for reliable vehicle car care know about it! Alex, Dennis, and Andrew were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
Essentially, my car had a noise issue that ultimately resulted in it breaking down after I attempted to have it fixed at another vehicle repair shop. I took my Subaru to New Way Auto without knowing what occurred or what the real issue
