Very professional and answered all my questions , even on weekends . Anytime money and health is discussed , people can get testy and I think with my ordeal I was losing patience but all 3 ladies who worked with me in my case were always polite and helpful. Daniela is the smartest most honest person ever. No one would take my case and she told me it would be difficult,apparently no attorney likes Allstate cases. Boy did she fight them and beat them. I've been working with Ms. Labinoti's office for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, I was hit by someone who had a horrible and uncooperative auto insurance company. However, Ms. Labinoti worked hard for me to make sure I received what I was due from them. I was strung along for two months calls not returned and was hung up on. Now after much time wasted I have to search for another attorney. The experience here added t I the stress of losing my job. Do not call upon this law firm and expect professional help. I called the office today for answers and was hung up on. A major lack of ethics and compassion. If I could they would get zero stars , they took my case 2 years ago told me what to do because I was discriminated and let go from my old job because I had gotten sick and they let me go, I would call every other day and all they would say was "we would call you when the lawyer gets in to the office" never received a call they made loose my time I honestly think they only take easy cases to have a higher win percentage in court , all they told me after 2 years was to go with another lawyer because they couldn't help me, they made me waste 2 freaking years waiting on them , too much
