The legal staff of Kubinski and Associates, P.C., are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients. Supporting our attorneys, are our experienced team of five paralegals with over 100 combined years of legal experience and are fluent in Spanish. Tyler Kubinski did a wonderful job on my case. He was defending me against a protective order; the case ended in a nonsuit but Tyler quickly got my case together with very minimal time given from my end and made sure everything was fully prepared for the trial date, I was not nervous for the case at all and felt fully informed/confident. Wonderful office/front desk staff. He was also reasonable in price which helped me a ton. I highly recommend him.

Do not contact if you want to deal with the worst receptionist I’ve ever had to displeasure of speaking to. She talks over you, jumps to conclusions and will have the audacity to ask for payment right away. I had asked for custody help and told me it will cost 15 k , 7 grand down and it will take over a year. I sent papers about the case and she told me to go downtown to ask for the paperwork I just sent her and didn’t explain why before she cut me off the answer another phone call. I called the district clerk again about the documents she requested and they were confused of why the receptionist
