I made an appointment for 1pm on a Sunday. John called 20 min till to tell me he was going to be at my home around 3:30 4pm. I said that is fin. He then called at 3:50 to tell me he needed to reschedule
For tomorrow morning. I explained that I had been waiting all day for him on my only day off. He then preceded to tell me he doesnt usually work on Sunday's anyway. I told him I was going to pass on the quote and he hung up the phone. What a great representation for a company.

There is only one roofer that we would hire, trust and recommend 100% (we had three before we found John) and that is Augusto Roofing, when you have work done by them after having work done by the other roofers we can see the difference between a Professional roofer and "just a roofer". He keeps in contact, they turn up on time, are extremely professional and knowledgeable and get the job done right the first time and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them and you can't go wrong with Augusto Roofing.

I'm very satisfied with the job they did and the price charged. No hidden costs, great work, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Augusto Roofing included many features in their bid that others wanted to charge extra for.
The owner, John Augusto, came to my house to estimate the cost and was on my roof personally working hard long days to get it done, and I think that says a lot. The job was done on time and my roof looks terrific.
I highly recommend this company to others and don't understand the couple of negative reviews at all.
