His crew was very professional and really did an outstanding job. I will not consider using anyone else for future projects. After looking for a good roofing company I could afford that was a established company and would be in business down the road if there were any issues, my co worker referred me to Property Home Roofing.She had them do her roof a year ago and was very satisfied.I had gotten other bids.I had read many other company reviews also.All of them have some complaints!But this company has finance companies they work with, which I needed.The crew was excellent!They worked quietly and were hard workers! They kept everything cleaned up.I love my new roof.It is top notch! Shingle and flat Florida room addition

From beginning to end this was the easiest home improvement project I had ever done! Pete came out within 1 day to understand my requirements, he made great recommendations all at a fair price. The crew pitch the flat roof and put special material on the flat part, they installed a great gable vent the length of the roof not a tin vent. They started when they said they were going to start, they did what they said they would do and they finished on-time. All my neighbors and even my father-in-law (one tough cookie) gave these guys 5 stars.

This company did a great job on a 3000 square-foot one story property. The pricing was spot on and the quality of the work was top notch.
