Karen has over 20 years experience in the dental industry. In that time she has held several different roles. Account representative with full understanding of insurance, practice manager, and operations for several offices. Karen's advanced acknowledge of every aspect of the dental field enables her to provide broad guidance and support for our practice, as well as our valued patients.
She has a 29 year old son David who works as an accountant for Gregory L. Schaffer Company in Greece, and has two labs at home, Cash and Max, that keep her busy. LouAnna enjoys spending time with her 4 children and dog. LouAnna has worked in the dental field since 1996, in this office since 2009. She worked as a dental assistant and a manager and most recently became a certified dental assistant and looks forward to furthering her skills.

Bonding is a treatment that can be used to repair teeth that are decayed, chipped, fractured or discoloured or to reduce gaps between teeth. For this procedure, a dentist mixes composite resin - a type of plastic - into a paste, then tints the mixture to whiten or match the color of your teeth. Several layers of resin are applied to each tooth.

Not very thrilled with this dentist and I will not be returning. Had to have 2 separate root canals performed due to a crack in each tooth. What a coincidence it so happens to be the 2 teeth that fillings were done on. Never have I ever had a problem after fillings being done until I switched to here. My brother and mother have both also had issues here after work being performed. Paying thousands of dollars out of pocket this close to the holidays to save my teeth is not ideal but it had to be done. The dentist performs very sloppy and half a**. She also has never waited until I'm completely numb

Amazing. After our insurance changed and we were no longer able to be seen at our former practice, Our seven year old had a huge tooth ache. We were seeing a Urgent Care dental at the hospital but they were unable to treat his pain. I called 25 dentist office that accept his insurance and no one would take him. When I called Vega dental they were able to get us in ASAP, treat his cavity and provide gentle pediatric appropriate care. As this was his first experience with a dental procedure outside of a cleaning The dentist explained thoroughly what she was going to do and let him observe with Mirror

Dr. Vega and Monica are the absolute best! I’ve seen Dr. Vega twice now for dental work and she is informative, honest and VERY good at what she does. Monica the dental tech, is an absolute sweetheart who works flawlessly with Dr. Vega and patients.

I moved to the area a few years ago and after a few visits to an awful dentist in the Rochester area, I found Dr.Vega’s office. Going here was a nice feeling of relief, everyone I talked to was kind and very well in informed. Plus to top it off the the whole office was clean and organized. Overall, best experience I’ve had with a dentist and I highly recommend.

These ladies are amazing. I have a huge fear of dentists and they were so sweet. I called with an urgent problem and they had me in within 15 mins. I was shaking and had a mini panic attack and these ladies never once made me feel badly or uncomfortable. They were gentle, accommodating and empathetic.
