I needed a semi urgent roofing repair done, even though I called during their peak busy season, Weatherguard was able to fit me in and repaired my roof before the rainy season.
From start to finish I was treated with respect and honesty. I will be using Weatherguard for all of my future roofing needs.

Weatherguard installed our new roof in May. We were very pleased with the service and thrilled with the end result. They promptly responded to our phone calls and emails. Shane came to the house to inspect and provide an estimate. He was pleasant and professional. He explained in detail the products and the process of replacement. The quote was reasonable. They were able to schedule the work within our timeframe request. The crew was friendly and very responsive to my questions and my requests. They clearly know what they are doing and gave me confidence in the quality of the work. They took care

Horrible. I worked as a roofer for ten years and would have been fired on the spot if I was so careless. What these guys did to my house is inexcusable. They cut seven vents wrong. Seven. They had to come back and re-cut them through the sheeting from the bottom. The overhang on the rake starts at one inch at the bottom, then goes to zero at the top, and this is on the front of the house. The step flashing on the chimney isn't under the counter flashing. Duh. They installed torch-down on a transition so it's bucking water. Never again. Ever.

Very satisfied with the overall experience with Weatherguard Roofing. Shane offered a very professional and detailed proposal. The proposal was very competitive with the other 4 proposals received. The crew (awesome bunch) showed up when they said they would. It had snowed, but they took that in stride and went about their work. Their expertise and communication were instrumental when the scope of the job changed, giving me peace of mind knowing that I was being taken care of properly. The new roof looks fantastic. The crew had done what I thought to be a good clean up when the work was done, but

Excellent job. Managed to get us in about 2 weeks out instead of waiting for over 2 months for a repair. Cleanup with perfect, crew showed up on time, and got right to work. Fully recommend to anyone with roof needs.

FAIR, HONEST PROFESSIONALS
As a new customer to this firm, I had called 2-3 others (going down the list – Weatherguard not being exactly alphabetically favored): “not avail”, “no answer”, “out of business”, “only install”. I was pleased to receive a living person answer. They had someone out, across town the next day. They found leaf accumulation damning the flow of water around a kitchen vent. They cleaned that away. Solved the immediate problem. They suggested, for the future, work that might need to be done due to the pitch of the roof, but no pressure, no scare tactics, not

Do yourself a favor. Call Weathergaurd out for a bid..
What an awesome experience from the get-go. My roof is 30 squares. I had multiple companies, 7 to be exact, come out with super long presentations about their company, the materials, their process, their ratings... And let's not forget about the high price they all started out at, but they will cut 33% off the price if I sign up right now. That's a huge chunk.
Weathergaurd came out took a quick measurement and emailed me the bid. No time wasting presentation. No BS. No pressure. Excellent price, thousands below the other companies

Weatherguard Roofing did an outstanding job on installing a new roof on our house this week. The crew was very professional, arrived at the scheduled time and our roof looks amazing. They took extra care with cleanup around the project and left the yard looking better then when they came. It was a great experience, I highly recommend them!

A couple of years ago, we had a small leak from some faulty attic vents and called a few companies to get quotes. Weatherguard had been highly recommended to us and provided a reasonable quote so we went with them. We never felt pressured to do more than was needed to fix the leak.
Just recently, we had signs of a leak in a different area. We called them again and they were even more wonderful to work with. They had pictures from the last visit and were able to hypothesize what might be wrong, based off of changes we had made to the home. Shane quickly and professionally found the problem and

Three times I've scheduled these folks to come out and do roof repair work. Three times they have failed to show, and failed to call me to let me know they wouldn't be coming. When I call to follow-up, they have no reason. Twice it appears our house was simply forgotten. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terribly disappointed they were referred by our home inspector and while prompt to give us an estimate through our broker it took them over 2 weeks to clean our roof and have yet to do repairs. After several emails they called saying they would be out to do repairs on a Friday only to find out they did not. We have since had heavy rain and now our roof is leaking into our guest bathroom and we have yet to get a response. All I've gotten is that their techs are busy, you would think a roof leak would be a priority since that is what they do. They do not seem to be big on customer service

I got a grant for low income seniors to get a new roof. The non-profit agency handling this contracted only with Weathguard. They came out right away, got the estimate approved, and soon made an appt. to start work. Then they cancelled, saying they had to get the L & I permits. I kept calling and emailing for months, and kept getting the same story - how difficult it was to get the permits, and there might be a problem with broken trusses. I told them I was in danger of losing my home if the roof started leaking, as this would not be covered by my insurance, and asked if they were really

Called these folks to inspect my roof for a home sale and they sent out Shane to inspect it. He was great and very professional. He quoted me a price for a complete new roof if I decided I needed on in the future and acknowledged the roof probably has five more years on it and stated I needed to have a piece of flashing installed. $200 bucks later, I had the new flashing and report for the sale of my home. Keri provided great customer support for getting all of the paperwork needed. Both were extremely professional and friendly. They got all of this done for me during a period of high winds and

I can't say enough good things about this company. They came highly recommended to me by 3 other people who had just as excellent of an experience as I did. When we found mold in our attic we called multiple companies to get bids and WeatherGuard Roofing Inc. sent a guy out the next day to give me a quote. He was able to turn the quote quickly and gave me a very fair price. After they found out I was pregnant they went above and beyond by having their crew come out as quickly as possible just 4 days later (on a Saturday even) to replace my entire roof so that we didn't have to deal with

I wish I could have given Weatherguard the five stars that other reviewers said they deserve for their excellent workmanship. Unfortunately, for me, it never got to that point. Two weeks out from our scheduled work date, I received a call from Weatherguard stating that Bob the owner is refusing to do work on my roof because there were too many "unknowns." Disappointing to say the least. I wish I would have known this when he and Shane came out to look at our roof originally a couple of months ago. Instead I felt like I had been strung along. It's a shame because I had been receiving
