The best! Levi knocked on our door after driving by from a nearby job and spotting serious issues going on with our huge , 45-degree, 35-foot high, roof, at 22 years supposed to be a 40-year. Was not. Shingles 40-year, underlayment failed. Levi went into our huge, complex, under-roof area, assessed, and returned later with bid. We accepted, and a week later the most professional crew you could ask for showed up for a complete roof replacement, removal of old, all flashing replacement, all vent replacement, all quality materials. We had a leak in a roof due to improper installation. We had multiple companies come give us estimates to replace it prior to IBEX scheduled appt. Cody from IBEX was the first to look, identify the problem, and then tarp it to prevent additional damages. Though they were not the least expensive, the customer service and their policy of yearly checkups sealed the deal. The installation crew was on time, professional and finished the job within the allotted time. They cleaned up all the debris and then combed the yard with magnets. The quality checks with Sam a week later furthered proved their dedication

Ibex cleaned out our gutters today. We've used them before on several projects and they always do a great job. Their team is on time, does great work and cleans up the leaves blown off the roof, so our whole property looks better for it. The big thing is they are consistent. I can rely on them to do a great job and use great people each time.

Last week on Thursday when there was heavy rain, I found water leak in my garage. Rain water was dripping from B vent metal pipe (gas exhaust) that’s attached to my heater. It was a nightmare because that’s a clearly very unpleasant experience right before Christmas. I called several roofing company and came across IBEX roof. Over Christmas, I discovered that there was a leak in my roof (fun Xmas gift from the universe, ugh). I’m a former employee of Ibex and can agree with everyone else on the reviews of top notch customer service and superior quality. Kirk (Owner) was adamant that all his employees were at work to go above and beyond for the customer day in and day out. This company means what they say and if they had branches in the Midwest I would definently be working for them again.

Very satisfied with IBEX roof. We had 'signed off" on their after completion inspection- however, then after that sign off, we had a couple of concerns. I contacted the owner (Kirk) and they sent out their supervisor (Jesus) and he fixed what few concerns we had and also made it very clear that "we aren't happy unless you are happy." We are senior citizens who not re-roof educated so we really didn't understand what to expect. We had our home built 22 years ago- and are still in touch with our builder. I chose IBEX to roof our family’s new home when we built in 2016. Ibex is soooo good!!! THE BEST!! I have only had two new roof experiences (personally). One horrible, and the other was so good that I have to tell everyone. Every person I had an interaction with at Ibex cares, not in a weird like “I’m pretending to care, so you’ll pay me” kinda way either. The vibe that I get is that these folks love their job and take pride in what they do. The crew works so hard and they handle things sooo professionally. IBEX Roof has done an excellent job in preparing and completing the roofing on my new home in Woodland, WA last year. They also repaired a leaking chimney cap and took care of some recent requests. I was very disappointed that they still charged me $79.00 after they came out just to tell me that they will not do my repair. I would have rated them higher had they stated they wouldn't charge since they are not doing the repair.
I changed it from 1 to 4 stars because they decided to review their policy and refund me the service charge. The staffing on the phone and the one who came out where very friendly.

One doesn't expect to rave about a re-roof, but such was our experience with IBEX team's project on our flat/low-slope roof. IBEX values teamwork--efficient, friendly schedulers; Kirk explained options, made a product recommendation, and provided an explicit, detailed bid on site; the roofers were super to have on-site (and NO damage to plants & deck below!). Our experience with Ibex in a nutshell - Friendly, respectful, straightforward. Quoted and honored a very reasonable price with easy financing option. Used high quality materials and did high quality workmanship resulting in a beautiful new roof that was done right.
Before we found Ibex, we had talked with a few other roof companies. One gave us a signed quote and then wanted to raise the price. Another wore us out with a 2+ hour high pressure sales speech. None of these companies truly listened to what we wanted and what our price range needed to be.
