Jacob Petz is more than an agent. He has become a friend. For you single women out there, if you haven't sold a home before, you need Jacob. He went way over in helping me, from talking to the loan officer, finding a bank for me, fixing things around the house so I could get my home sold. Tomorrow I sign the papers for my new place which would not be happening yet if it wasn't for Jacob. He always took my calls and always called me back if I left a message and was always available to show me homes. I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you are selling of buying, you need Jacob.

We instructed Petz Real Estate to sell a parcel of land in Whatcom County and the service we received was excellent. They obtained several offers for the land which exceeded the asking price which we were very pleased with. His guidance and insight made the process much smoother and after closing he went out of his way to us Garage door openers.
