Ferndale's Commercial Real Estate selection is plentiful, both near downtown and the outer edges of Ferndale. With the permitting that goes with developing a building, the process is much shorter than nearby cities like Bellingham or Blaine.
Near I-5 North (Slater Road and East Axton Road) and south of Ferndale's city center, you will find an excellent selection of more extensive and newer Commercial retail buildings that take advantage of the freeway visibility. These buildings are often large enough for storage and large-scale retail operations.

With the Canadian border being half a mile from the city center, Blaine is the first thing Canadian visitors see when they pass through the border. Blaine's proximity to the border makes this city a prime location for retail and commercial buildings.

It's good to know great people and Josh & Jolene are two of them! They get it... They understand that people are people and treat them as such.
I am grateful to know them and also to be able to work with them and call them friends.
Consider yourself blessed if you get to know them and work with them! To be honest, I look forward to the next time I get to work with them...

They were GREAT to work with! They worked with our budget and our requests. They listened to our expectations and what we were looking for in a home. As a first time home-buyer, we didn't know what we were getting into. They made the experience so smooth and easy! My husband and I will definitely be working with them again in the future.
