We had a late flight... signage to get to the airport hotel was lacking, checkin was smooth. got to the room and to say its antiquated is an understatement. there was a space you could see the hallway through between the door and the jam - from the door knob down for about 9 inches. "Creepy" came to mind. Next time we'll uber or cab it to a hotel near the airport.

Huge airport and surprisingly well run for its size. I got to my plane and out very easily. Lots of signs, so you shouldn't get lost. Be prepared to walk far. Parking lot exit could have more Sunpass lanes. Baggage takes longer than other airports, but I think it's just many flights to unload.

Spirit airlines was awful as usual. Line was 1.5 hours long just to check in so I had to miss that flight and book with another airline. Other than that, had some good food, security was good, and the airport while large, was easy to navigate

The good: location within the airport.
The bad: Pretty much everything else. Rooms were expensive, small, old, tired, and not particularly clean. Bell staff was overworked and therefore not timely (mgmt issue not for lack of effort)

Great location to stay when you have an early or late flight. The rooms are dismal, old and outdated, and don't necessarily look that clean. The TV channels don't all work. Can hear the elevator moving between floors all night. If you have time take a shuttle to a nearby hotel and get a better more updated and clean room.

If you're a senior citizen, this place is a nightmare. The gates are always a mile away from where you are. You finally get to your gate and they announce a gate change. Another 1/2 hr walk. Baggage claim is even worse. You walk a 1/2 hr to a train to take you to your baggage. This place is just to big.

This place is horrible. It makes a run down Motel 6 look appealing. There is no reason this hotel can't maintain a basic level of maintenance/cleanliness at the rates charged other than sheer greed on the part of the owners/management.
The rooms are tiny and dated. I mean really dated. Still hanging on from the 1980s dated. And they are not even close to being clean. Even a simple vacuum would go a long way.
Having also stated in one of the many off property options previously, it is well worth the few extra minutes in the shuttle to avoid this place. You might even save time depending on what

Toothpaste spray on tissue box holder and weird odor in room. TV has very dark picture and static lines. No hand towels or wash cloths, only gave us two bath towels. Needs upgrade for sure and thorough cleaning. No luggage holder in our room. For the price, we expected better.

This hotel is located inside the airport. It would be ideal as a place to rest without leaving the airport. However, the door of the room I was in had large openings around the door allowing constant noise and talking to entertain me. The rug smelled. The shower blasted cold then hot water (very Hot). It certainly woke me up. The bed was comfortable,at least. I will never stay here again. The room looks adequate on the surface.

This room is gross. It looks nothing like the photo. The hallway is dirty. The walls are scuffed. The sheets are stained. The worst thing is the smell. Something between wet dog and urine. The only good thing is the location in the airport with elevators opening onto departures level.

This hotel is disgusting. The smell is strong it makes it difficult to breathe. The rooms look nothing like any of the photos either. I’d consider sleeping on the airport floor a step up from this hotel. RUN AWAY from there!
The experience for my parents 80 and 77 years old was horrible … The sink drain started to flood water into the room in the middle of the night. My parents couldn’t take a shower because they felt disgust …the shower or bath look with a dirty mark or stain apparently that have many days without be cleaned… Horrible They had a rough night. When they asked for more

This place is a pig sty. The staff is rude and the rooms are tiny and filthy. We stayed one night on a layover and were afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. There was a giant glob of black hair in the shower and it didn't appear the surfaces were wiped down or the towels were clean. We called the front desk and they said they would send housekeeping. They showed up two hours later at 11pm. Place is disgusting. The hotel restaurant is equally bad. The capellini pomodoro tasted like spaghetti O's. Do not stay here. Smells like 1980's lipstick.

The only star is for the convenience for an early flight. The hotel room was no bigger than a shoe box. Shower fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot with mold on the curtain. Appears as though nothing was updated since 1960; the lime green walls don't make for a relaxing room. Would be hard pressed to stay here again.

So Friday night, because of a computer glitch, we missed our connection in Miami. So did a lot of other people. We had to spend the night at the airport. All rooms were taken and this hotel was also sold out. After sitting on their sofas for about 30 mins, security came and told us they were closed and we needed to move from the sofas as they were for guests. This was just after midnight. The gate didn't open until 4 am so for 4 hours the only place to sit was the cold, hard floor as all available chairs in the terminals were occupied by other stranded passengers. Meanwhile, the sofas were

After missing my connecting flight and American Airlines irritating me and having to stay overnight in the airport. This hotel was a God send. It was like 1am when I checked in and honestly can't say I inspected the room all that much but everything looked clean.

The room basically looks like how it is in other photos with the green bed cover but it did what I needed it to do. The tub was clean and towels looked clean as well. Room had an iron and hair dryer and a tv with a desk. The front desk staff were nice , as well as the bellman, he was sweet as well. Check in and check out was fast

We booked this hotel as we had to be in Miami early in the day, and didn't fly out until 10:20pm. We just wanted somewhere to chill out, maybe get room service, shower and freshen up for our international flight!
All I can say is don't even think about booking this dump... quite literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, so thankful we only wanted it for a few hours and didn't have to stay overnight.
The queen room was literally a hole in the wall, the TV didn't work, the bathroom stank like a public restroom.
I'd said to my husband we only really needed a place

Great place to consider suicide or contract ebola. Truly, discovered actual feces on duvet. Prehistoric dustballs. Had to get housekeeping and they looked ashamed. Too bad, because it was only marginal a few years ago and worth it if you needed to crash quickly between flights. Now that's not easy with staff yelling in the hallways at hours that may not suit you. I did order a delicious (serious) room service dinner but had to go to kitchen and work out details because no one answers phone. Not uncommon even in better hotels. I got a discount for the feces but, well, hey. Even the Hotel

Frighteningly dated, but I slept like the dead here - rooms are small but soundproofed, and the beds are comfortable. At first glance the hotel doesn't appear clean, but it's just old. Fine for one night's sleep if you need to make a connecting flight.

Flight got in at 10 pm. Got our baggage in baggage claim 25 and walked up to second floor. It seemed as if everyone rolled in too. We were 13th in line. While I stood in line, the hubster went hunting and gathering. We hadn't eaten all day. Air Margaritaville and Subway are literally outside the front desk of the hotel. Subway is open 24 hours but their lines were super long. He went to Air Margaritaville for take out.

The nice thing is that they actually had THREE employees at the front desk checking people in at this house. The wait was about 13 mins from start to finish. It would
