Please DO NOT stay in this establishment. They do not have any staff in the evening, just a security guard manning the front desk. The sign outside of the building does not read the hotel name so it was hard to determine if we were at the right place. Once we got inside of the room, the first thing we noticed was dry blood stains on the bathroom floor. The “security guard” informed us that they could not do anything and that cleaning service would be an additional fee to us. Later in the evening, we pull the sheets back to go to sleep and what do we find? Blood stains on the sheets. This place

We stayed in unit 406. I will admit that I have never stayed in a hotel that was a long term or residence place. I did not book it so I thought it was an Airbnb house until we arrived. It was really hard to figure out the entrance and parking. We pulled in and found a security guard that explained we should park in the restaurant spots and then move it after getting a "clicker" at check in. The check in was easy, they handed us an envelope with keys and a clicker. We went to the "room" and it was different but not bad. The floors are polished concrete

Don't book a room here they take advantage of your credit card and charge you without authorization.
I booked a room for two nights but due to sever illness I had to cancel. I had booked through hotels.com and so they called Real Living on my behalf to cancel. It took them several attempts to get a hold of a manager. Apparently these useless phone numbers online will only connect you to answering service.
They hotel.com customer service explained my situation to them and asked them to cancel my reservation. Real living was supposed to contact immediately after to confirm. Not only they didn

This place will constantly overbook you and then call you 2 days before your check-in to tell you that they can't accommodate you because of a "computer glitch" but SO generously will waive all associated cancellation fees. Then you're left booking a last minute hotel the day before your wanted reservation date at inflated prices. They are liars & don't deserve your booking.

This was my first time at Real Living Residences and having spent 12 nights there feel in a position to give a good overall review of both the staff, building and apartment facilities. I started my stay on the 1st Jan 2016 and what a great location to see in the New year with so many cool restaurants, bars, clubs and art galleries on your doorstep without the need for a car!!

On November 7-9th, I stayed with friends at a loft rented at Living Residences. While the accommodations were generally satisfactory, anyone who stays here takes a real risk because of the absolute lack of management support during one's stay. Moreover, after the incident the management offered NO follow-up to our complaints - they did not reach out to us to apologize until I sent a complaint spelling out how terrible their treatment of their guests had been. Even after that complaint, I was offered no amends for their appalling lack of customer service.

Amazing views very clean. The pool is on 5th floor. It has a long big infinity pool. Also has a gym. The pool is surrounded vy lounge chairs. Some even have a white meshed gazebo as well as the bar section. You could throw sick party in this hotel/apartments or just enjoy the sky.
The pool floor needs to be redone. The room floor needs to be cleaned.
