You don't need to be a poet, simply saying something like "I am sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family" is enough. If you can't be at a funeral service in person, sending a card or leaving a message on tormanfuneralhome.com or another memorial website is a great way to express your sympathy.
Funerals fill an important role for those mourning the loss of a loved one. By providing surviving family members and friends a caring, supportive environment in which to share thoughts and feelings about the death, funerals are the first step in the healing process. Every family is different, and not everyone wants the same type of funeral.

While I haven't used Torman Funeral Home's funeral services, I have worked extensively with this family while creating their website.
I found them to be incredibly kind and considerate people. The Torman family has been helping families in Paw Paw for four generations. They have a lot invested in their community and it shows in the way they do business.
I couldn't recommend this family highly enough. They run a wonderful and essential business.
