Tony was great. Knowledgeable, courteous, even remembered which door we preferred him entering. Also he was looking out for me and told me about a service that I would probably need in the future but said I didn't need it right away... 3 months later he was right and I called. No "I told you so" just a happy smile and professional job. Also the operator and scheduler is super nice and sounds like a recording... But he's real! Love this place.

This was our first time working with this company, and Tony was absolutely great!! He was very flexible with timing as he came by twice in one week, while working around my schedule. I was able to continue working while he took care of all that was needed, and cleaned up behind himself. He even took the time to hold a quick conversation. Great customer service! Would recommend!

We had a unique installation of 3 units for our historic home and carriage house. The equipment is not the usual set up. Sales leader Mark Cooke and installation manager Mike came out to look the project over and walk through any trouble spots. Their two man crew John and Devin had to come out a couple of times because of the size of the project but they finished with everything nice and tight and looking better then they found it. This was the second time we've had Amazing update a system. We have had a total of 4 complete systems installed in 2 homes and we will call them again when we update

I so not recommend, I called amazing heating and spoke to a rep that was very nice and friendly with helping me set up a date for an estimat on hvac installation along with duct work. They told me a certain day but disnt give me.an exact time so i asked the. To give me atleast a 30-45 minute advance call and they rep said our tech will. When it came to the meet time, the sales guy (gregory) called said he will.be there in 10 minutes stated i asked for a 30 min advance call he got rude and said well i can give you 15 mins or it is what it is basically saying he will cancel and and not come out

Received their number from another company because they do emergency service. I called them despite the bad reviews here. The technician came out this morning, told me I had a bad capacitor and replaced it. The total was $500. These companies can easily mess with you and push you to replace your entire system (especially mine at 20 years old), but I was back up and running in less than 24 hours after it broke. I can't say that I'm super happy about the price of the service given how cheap a capicitor actually is, but they were prompt, polite and got the job done. Still, $400 for the capacitor

I called amazing air and asked for the technician to come out and fix a leak in my coil. The CSR said it would cost $99 to come out and look at the system and they don't have pricing. I told her that I already had one HVAC technician look at the system and he told me that you would need a charge the system with nitrogen to find the leak. The tech came out and was going to charge $693 just to charge the system with nitrogen then told me that he might be able to fix leaks on the ends, but nit in the middle of the coil. 7 liters of R22 would cost $736. I was told the nitrogen cost was ridiculous

This place is INSANELY expensive. They came the same day which was great but charged 571 for switching out a 16 dollar part which took about 1/2 hour ( including diagnosing the problem) glad to have the heat on but feel like I got fleeced. Who charges almost 600 dollars for under an hours work? Their fix rate pricing is a sham. Never again!

Always amazing service!! They are honest, professional, and reliable! I have used them for years and will refer them over and over again! I have used them for installs and service! I even referred them to my parents to do an install! My heat stopped working today when it was 20 degrees outside. They walked me through what to do to make sure my emergency heat was on to keep my family warm. They were at my house in a few hours!!

I chose Amazing Hvac after doing a bit of research through neighborhood associations FB pages (many people on the south Baltimore neighborhood association FB page highly recommended Amazing HVac.) I liked that they were also located in SoBo. The technician, Chris, was polite and helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be fixed on our heater (a sensor.) he was here for about an hour making sure everything was fixed once he was finished. I would use them again - I even bought their yearly membership to receive a 15% discount on work and 2 service visits through the year. Thanks again!

We were having some trouble with the A/C in our house last Friday afternoon... the air vents were blowing air, but it wasn't cold. It looked like the condenser wasn't spinning up at all. After enduring a warm, humid night in the house, we called around the next day and finally found the listing for Amazing on Yelp.
