We had put off replacing our system for a few years. Our neighbor used MD Heating & Air and was very happy with them. They met with us soon after we called, returned an estimate with a very good price almost immediately and scheduled work soon after that. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The installers were very personable and respectful. We highly recommend this company.

A few weeks back in the middle of the summer heat we were noticing that the second floor of our house felt like it was stagnant and sweltering while the downstairs was cool. I know that with heat rising and with the sun pounding down on the roof all day a second floor is going to be warmer anyway, but it was very uncomfortable. Chris came out to see what could be done, and I had assumed he might take a look at the outside AC unit and then make recommendations from there. Highly recommend Maryland Heating & Air! Frankie and his team were great. I needed to replace a unit in a short time-frame during a holiday week. Frankie assessed the work and provided me a reasonable and fair quote on the spot. We scheduled the work for two days out. His team arrived on time, communicated with me via text throughout the morning (I was offsite), were professional, and sent texts of their finished work hours before expected. I will definitely used them again and highly recommend them.

This is an awesome company, which gives me great pleasure to work with. They came in installed a new double sided wall heater. Jason and Scott were very professional and kind. What an incredible professional and a trustworthy human being. I found myself dealing with a furnace related issue at my house in the evening. Do not let them do your Home Warranty Work. They will gouge you on uncovered cost. They get paid from the home warranty company and make you pay ridiculous fees to finish the work. They charged me over $600 in uncovered cost. Charges like $65 for electrical upgrade fee, and they simply disconnected the old electrical wire and connected the wire to the new furnace. $60 for a flue modification fee and they just used my old flue. I spoke with the manager and the lady that picks up the phone and they both told me I should be happy to only pay $600 for a new furnace. After paying my deductible and trouble

I had an emergency in a rental property. I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. The rep who scheduled the appointment was very accommodating and nice. The rep who did the repair work was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me options and really made me feel like he was sharing all the details and was not going to rob me blind. I would recommend this company highly based on this experience.
