My wife and I reached out to Eric in regards to my ex wifes student loans. Eric was so quick to answer phone calls and emails. I am contemplating a potential move to California but currently I am in Florida and Eric can't really represent me. I told him this off the bat, but he was super nice and more than willing to discuss what is going on in detail. I found him on Reddit when he did the AMA about credit card debt collection. I work in aviation so we all know Covid decimated the industry literally overnight. I fell behind with my payments and now my credit card company has hired a law firm to represent them and I know they intend to sue. My plan is to see if I could reach a settlement with them.
