I am a first time dog owner, and have been coming here for 3 years now. I am beyond impressed with Dr. Prichard. He has an amazing bedside manner with my fur guy, and the nurses are TOP notch. Everyone is kind and loving and they explain things very well and answer ALL questions and concerns. It is obvious that they love the animals that they see, and they have never overcharged me 👍 this will continue to be my little Chaulies' trusted animal care team ❤️

We absolutely loved Dr Prichard. He is a great Doctor, very caring for his patients.The price is right. The Staff is very helpful and respectful, especially Lindsay. We have two cats Klebinho and Boris. When a problem arises with their health Dr. Prichard immediately takes all the necessary care for their recovery. Highly recommended. Dr Prichard is the best.

I decided to make a grooming appointment for my dog here and it was $130 for her to basically get a bath and have her fur brushed. My dog was very calm and happy when we picked her up, so I do feel confident in saying that the staff and groomer here treated my dog well and that she had an enjoyable time, but I do not think $130 is a fair price for something that we could do ourselves at home. Our main concern was how much shedding we were having in our home and when she came back, she was still shedding as much as before just by petting her. She was soft, she smelled good, and she was in a good

My family is so grateful for the compassion of Dr Prichard and his team, especially Lindsay, when it came time for us to say goodbye to our sweet girl, Chloe. Dr Prichard carried our 100lb dog into the building since she could no longer walk and him and Lindsay explained everything to us. They never made us feel rushed when they allowed us some time with her to say goodbye. I was already so grateful for them making a hard day a little easier and then a few days later we got a stone imprint of Chloe's paw along with a nice card from the staff. Such a devastating day was made easier with their compassion

I have taken all my dogs here for many years. They have great service and are very attentive to the puppers. My oldest dog just had surgery to remove bladder stones and it was very affordable.Our old man is doing much better now!!!
