Norah, the hygienist is amazing and I trust Dr. Ivana’s work and consultation and appreciate them both greatly. The office does have a different “vibe” without the loud laughter of dentists and office staff who have left but the quality of dental service remains high. I was surprised to have had my blood pressure taken by my hygienist; but I don’t see any harm.

Although I had a wonderful experience at my actual appointment, the billing department has been horrible to work with! The overbilled our insurance and now keep sending repetitive threatening statements. We have been trying to reach the billing department for months now to resolve, but have not received a call back. We have even sent a letter. Very disappointing and upsetting!

I am always warmly and promptly greeted, and we always share a few stories in the time that I am there. All hygienists and dentists are experts in their field, knowledgeable, considerate and detail oriented. They share their thoughts and recommendations freely as a way to educate and it is much appreciated.

I was a 10+ year patient of North Hunterdon Dental Associate, but have recently left the practice. While we had good experiences with the individual hygienists, the business management is problematic. Over the past year, they intentionally misled me about the status of my long time dentist. When I had called to schedule appointments in late 2020 and spring 2021, they said he was "not available" and implied that he had taken a leave due to Covid, so I should see another dentist in the group. I later learned this was not true, and in fact he left the practice to set up his own space a year ago -

My wife and I have been going to NH Dental for a long time and have always had a pleasant experience...until now. First let me clarify that the Dental staff and Hygienists are not the problem but the front desk flat out lied to me.
When it was time to pay my bill and I handed them my Amex card they told me that the credit card companies are now charging the customer a surcharge so they asked do I have a debit card or a check to pay my bill in order to avoid the surcharge. Surprised, I asked them specifically "you mean the CC companies are charging me direct"? Their answer was "yes". I challenged

I'd become accustomed to courtesy and good humor at the front desk and great care and skill in the operatory at NHDA. If you miss Joe Gleicher (and, as a friend of Joe's for 60+years I do) rest assured that what he created and grew at NHDA is still there.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was such an easy process. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!!!

The customer service at this place was on point. Everyone was so friendly. The doctors and their assistants’ took good care of me and I was pleased with their service. A big shout out to Dr. Cardoso for his professionalism and his gentle personality. A big thank you to the amazing team 🙏🏿

Phenomenal! From having multiple reminders sent prior to my appointment to having the office get back to me to help with the additional treatment I needed, to the extensive help and information I was given about my dental issues as well as treatment and how to fix them, everyone and I mean EVERYONE (receptionists, office manager, dental hygienist, dentist) has gone above and beyond to help me in every way that they could.
They treat me like I am a family member, even from the first day I walked in, such incredible kindness that we do not see often anymore. I have recommended them to several people
