I paid him to represent my son in court. On his court hearing he rescheduled the hearing for 3 months. Didn't show up. He won't answer his calls. He won't represent my son and we paid him. Worse Attorney in Mercer County. Won't reply to nothing. Court house says my son has no Attorney. He corresponded before I paid him, now nothing. Just want everyone to beware of this fake Attorney 😒. Very disappointed

I have had several run ins with the law unfortunately and Attorney Mergl has always represented me and got me the best deal I could get.... Once an F1 to restitution and no charges. No he does not have time to sit on the phone with every single client every day to hold your hand like these other people expect. But when he shows up, he SHOWS UP. And he is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of law. Some of these other jokers might need their hands held... I just need a beast in the court room with respect from the other side. And if that's what you want, choose him!

Run away as fast as possible before he and his fake "assistant" steal from you. Keep taking my posts down and I'll post more. This office owes me $3010. I paid $6400. for nothing but lies and court was a joke. I understand that he wants paid for his time not his efforts. He refused to cooperate with the Bar Association so that should tell you just how honest he is.

Awful! Took $1500 for a retainer and refused to answer any of my emails or phone calls. Claimed he used the retainer even though he never produced a single benefit to my case. Biggest waste of time ever. His staff lied multiple times saying they filed paperwork that I later found out was not true. Two thumbs down 👎🏻👎🏻

This attorney advised my ex husband to take my daughter from me when we have 50/50 shared legal custody because my ex husband made allegations of abuse. I called the cops on myself and several welfare checks have been done and not one ounce of abuse. My ex husband is in contempt and this attorney is helping him commit a crime! I do not recommend him!!!! Stay away from this crook! If any one would like Proof of said things just send me a message! Thanks!! :)UPDATE! ex husband was charged with contempt of a court order!!!! :)
