Paid Hartle Elder to handle my now deceased parent's estate and taxes which wasn't complex at all. Since then, I've received two tax delinquency notices that the taxes weren't paid. This comes after hartle Elder stated the taxes were filed. The second delinquency notice said that if the taxes weren't paid within 10 days, it would be turned over to a collection agency. I've emailed and contacted Hartle and Elder to handle this issue after the first notice to tie up these ends. It is primarily what we paid them for. nothing happened and then a second delinquency notice was received. I had contacted
