3 stars because of the proximity to the entrance of Disneyland. The staff are very friendly which I appreciated when my 12 hour drive turned into a 15 hour drive in the rain. I booked this hotel on a friend’s recommendation and because it’s within walking distance of Disneyland and it has an indoor pool and hot tub. After dropping off our suitcases we headed to the pool - the water was incredibly cold, not just cool and would feel warmer with activity, but cold. The hot tub was only slightly warmer, but still cold - no warmth in the hot tub at all. A staff member checked the temp and controls

We really like staying here. We are able to leave the car parked for days and walk almost directly across the street to Disneyland. We miss the room service and breakfast offerings they had prior to covid though which is why I gave it 4 stars. The parlor rooms are great since we always have an additional family member traveling with us. The valets are wonderful too. Looking forward to 2022!

Location is perfect, but you pay for it. Very friendly and helpful staff! I only gave 4 stars (should be 3.5) because the mattresses/rooms could use an update. Also, rooms should be cleaned better, we had a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the carpet upon arrival. Paid for a 5 star but only got 3.5.

The convince of walking to Disneyland was the biggest perk. It was a little noisy in the morning when everyone was getting ready to go into the parks. We were also right next to the elevator and storage room so we heard every ding from the elevator bell. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. For the ladies there is a ton of counter space to get ready, and it is separate from the shower space. Personally, I loved that part.

It’s hard to figure out the rating for a place like this. It serves its purpose in being super accesible to Disneyland and providing a place to sleep for the night. You’re barely here anyways if you’re in California for the parks. The service by the staff is 5 out of 5. All willing to help and super friendly. It’s just not a quality inn and more of a motel. Don’t expect housekeeping since this is only done when you check out. This makes the rooms a little messy which is probably the biggest opportunity here. Comfortably coming to a room that’s clean would push this to a 5 star easy

Trying to find a hotel super close to Disney was not as easy as I thought specially when trying to book thru third party sites. I came across this hotel and decided to check their website for availability. The booking process was a breeze, once we arrived the staff was awesome, we arrived late at night so valet parking was provided as self parking was not available, the room was super clean. Due to covid they are not cleaning during your stay but it's ok as we were there only for two nights. Check out process was super easy as well. You have Denny's on one side, IHOP on the other and other super

This has been my family's go to Disney hotel for decades. There are regular room or suites with multiple connected rooms. It is a basic hotel with a clean bed, fridge, and refrigerator. There is an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The only downside is the new take away breakfast bags are are pretty disappointing. It used to be a large diy breakfast bar. But this week I grabbed a bag that had an apple, Granola bar, and orange juice (2 bags were missing the Granola bar). It's not a deal breaker though, I just don't consider it a plus anymore. The parking is a little tricky but they are quick about

Hotel is right across the street from Disneyland:) Checking in was simple and easy. Room was clean and simple but has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. They have a grab and go continental breakfast as well. Walls a little thin but you have to figure some noise with lots of kids around.

We've stayed at this hotel several times for the same reason that everyone else does...it is a super close walk to Disneyland!

The rooms are basic but decent and the beds are comfy enough. All good.

Just be warned that trash trucks come early in the morning....5:30 AM on a Saturday in our case. This isn't just one and done....the banging, yelling, crashing, beeping, etc lasts for about 15 minutes as there are many trash bins to empty for the several hotels located right next to each other here.
Too bad magic hour doesn't start at 6AM or I'd be happy for the built in alarm

I stayed at this hotel about 3 times so far and it has been a good experience for us . Right in front of Disney park so no need to pay extra for parking. I miss going to Disney and universal studios. With this covid situation it's hard to go out even with a vaccine shot . When are we going to have a normal life back ???

5 stars for us! Was super reserved about what to expect since some of the reviews were less than 4 stars but for us it was a great stay!
We were able to check in right on time, we had a big room and it came with the stuff we needed, seriously you come for the park not to expect at home comforts and if you do then stay at home.
It was quiet (we were on the top floor), clean, AC, fridge, micro, nice beds, and of course across the street from the main Disney entrance. They had a pool which we didn't use but looked clean, grab and go breakfast which we didn't eat because we ate in the park

UNSAFE!!! They gave someone else keys to our room. Then two guys walked in on my girlfriend and I at 11:30 at night, while my girlfriend was changing and half naked. We didn't feel safe and had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night.

I was surprised that I was able to book a room at a hotel that is so close to Disneyland with just two weeks to go to our Disney reservation date. I got a parlor suite since that is what they have available at that time. The price was not bad, a little over $250 a night (includes all the other fees). Compared to the ones in the same area, that was a good price. The hotel is just in front of the Disney park entrance. A short walk to the crosswalk to cross Harbor boulevard and then just keep going for another 5 to 10 minutes (depending on how fast you can walk). The room can sleep 6 which

I have to admit we were worried about our stay after reading some of the reviews. With that said, we were pleased with our accommodations and happy with our choice. We stayed in a parlor C1 suite, which was perfect for our family of eight! There were four beds and 1.5 baths. We had hair dryers, TVs, sinks, coffee makers and AC in each room. Microwave and small fridge in one room. One room had a little couch living room area, whereas the adjoining room had a round dining table.

Location was everything to us and this site provided exactly that. This meant little ones and tired parents, could

I'm usually a planner and always book at PVI months in advance. This time DL was a spontaneous trip in June and most of the prime hotels/motels were full. Desert Inn and Suites was literally my last option for something within walking distance. Reviews said it was meh. The price was low though and I hate shuttles so I pulled the trigger and booked 3 nights. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was helpful and they provided bagged continental breakfast since they couldn't provide a hot breakfast. No issues with parking but they weren't full capacity so that could vary.

This nicer "motel" if you will actually served its purpose for my family: it had convenient access to the park entrance, it was clean, it was inexpensive, and it was easy. They even had our breakfast bag ready for pick up on our way to the park, with a muffin, water bottle, fruit, and Nature valley granola bar. With three kids under 10, I'm not paying to go to Disneyland to waste time struggling to get in and out of parking garages, loading and unloading strollers onto the shuttle, or hassling with security clearance delays. You can get a decent room for $200 or less, and save

We stayed. May 18-21,2021 had 2 rooms they were wonderful rooms and 5 min walk to Disneyland, although rooms were nice they were both missing some of our amenities we reserved the executive rooms and we didn't have the iron, ironing board , coffee maker and blow dryer and our safe didn't open in 1 of our rooms. I would stay here again but make sure all my amenities I PAID FOR WERE IN THE ROOM. Hope I can get some kind of compensation, paid $1050 for 2 executive rooms and I feel I got 2 regular rooms for higher price.I did email let's see what response I get.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Disneyland Park. Yes while it is not a park that is on the park property it is still a great alternative. First off the hotel is SUPER close to the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the park. The hotel offers cheap daily parking. The hotel staff are super nice. The hotel sells tickets at the counter so you don't have to wait in those long lines at the park to buy some. The hotel rooms themselves are really nice and very spacious. The beds are comfy but then again after a long day at the park, I think sleeping on the floor

I really like staying within walking distance to the park and this hotel checks that off my list. With that said, this is an older place that could use some updating. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, you are getting what you pay for (and that's including the fact you can walk to and from easily).
I appreciated that maid service was done daily and in a timely manner (before mid-afternoon nap time), as this was not my experience at a competitor's hotel down the street.
The air conditioning unit worked well, and the room was spacious.
The shower was a pain in the butt, as the shower

So far we have really been happy with our stay! We have stayed at a competing hotel previously for much more and I'd say the quality is great for the price and location! We stay because of the location. We have littles so the option to come back during the day and it be convenient is great!

The breakfast is honestly fine. I wish they offered waffles but they have what you need to start the day. The fruit is good and fresh. They rotate bagels and muffins. The area is clean and it hasn't been too overly crowded! They keep it well stocked.

The pool is an ice bath. That wasn't enjoyable

We booked a suite that sleeps 10 for a family Disney trip this weekend, the hotel is located directly across from the main entrance to Disney. It took about 5 minutes to get to Disney by walking, most of that spent waiting at the cross walk.

Hotel is very clean, and the rooms are nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa. However sofa does not mean sofa bed (FYI), which was our fault for not double checking when booking. However, the staff at the front desk were very kind when we called down last night inquiring. The room service maids are quick, extremely nice and friendly. The continental

My husband & I planned a trip to disneyland. We wanted a hotel that wouldn't be far from disneyland and we came across the Anaheim Inn. This was known as the carousel inn years ago and We stayed in this hotel when we last visted.

We checked in at 3pm we didn't have any issues. I luckily found parking RIGHT AS I GOT IN so I was a happy camper, but parking CAN be a nightmare.

The room had 2 beds and everything was pretty clean. Now, I read the reviews and I was terrified but honestly Everything was clean. The beds were clean, no stains, no bugs, I heard no noise. They had cable

If it weren't for the over $200 a night price tag, I might give the hotel three stars but the price didn't match the experience. For that cost, I expect a nice room with some extra amenities but this room was small and outdated. We didn't need a nice place as we were just sleeping here for one night so we could get into Disneyland as soon as it opened the next morning but there's no reason why this room should have been so expensive. The bathroom was barely functional for us as I'm 5'8 and my boyfriend is 6'4 and even I had to limbo to use the shower head. I don

This place cannot be beat for the location. It is literally right across the street. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to security. It is perfect for little ones if you need to go back for naps or just a midday break.

We got a call around 8 pm to make sure we were still staying there for our 3 nights and they wanted to know what time we would be arriving. I thought it was a little odd, but somewhat nice at the same time. When we arrived it was around 10 and the person checking me in was not too friendly and tried to over charge me. I pulled out my phone and went to my booking.com app where I booked

Stayed here about a week ago.
Pros: location, location, location
-so close to Disney land, after staying here I will never stay at a place where you have to shuttle into the park again.
-also close to nice restaurants & dessert spots.
-AC worked well

Cons
-there were bugs in the room... yes bugs the one thing I can't really get past. Several cockroach sightings and ants constantly in the bathroom.
-shower has zero water pressure
-outdated rooms
-uncomfortable beds, sheets and pillows.
-tight parking for self-parking however they have valet.

Overall will definitely look into
