Got solicited to change to State Farm from a very good insurance company. The price was too good and we had good experience with State Farm previously. Also saved by dropping our AAA road service policy. So when my tire went flat and the jack went missing, State Farm was there. They have been responsive -- emailing my updated insurance info to a supplier so I could rent a vehicle, answering questions, and handling any issue quickly and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

My agent recommended State Farm for my homeowner's Insurance, and after speaking with the agent I went ahead and bundled my car insurance in with it as well. The price was too good to pass up! My agent, Lauren, has gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm well taken care of, and I know if I ever need anything she'll be there in a heartbeat.
