I can never get a call back. I've had questions I've needed answered and policy issues that needed to be handled, and every time I call to get an update I'm promised a call back and never get one. And a lot of the time no one answers the phone at all. It finally came down to an emergency situation where I needed them the most while my daughter's car was stranded on the side of the road. I called to see if this policy issue had been taken care of so I knew how to handle this emergency and they knew I was waiting on an answer before I could take care of the situation and they still did not call me

We searched for a State Farm agent , was given many names from friends and family . But after talking with friends about Patrick’s office , we were convinced that Patrick was the agent we wanted . The first time talking to Marianne , I knew we picked the perfect agent . Marianne is very professional , personable , knowledgeable, efficient and very sweet . WOW is all I have to say..I would not have gone with anyone else after dealing with Dave to get me all set up with my Car Insurance and Renter's Insurance. The Best experience I had by far dealing with a insurance provider. Dave was Awesome! He gave excellent Professional service! It was like he was taking care of a family member. Once I drop my previous insurance company they reach back out to me with a little lower than State Farm but I wouldn’t go back to them. Dave service made me a loyal customer! Thanks Dave! I have been with State Farm for more than 30 years and Patrick Starleper is by far the best agent at State Farm that I have ever had to deal with. I was frustrated with the agent I was referred to after Skip retired because they never made the needed correction to reduce my payment. I called Patrick and without telling him I was a current State Farm member, he gave me the information that I already knew I needed in order to reduce my payment. I have saved so much money switching to Patrick.

By far one of the best experiences I have had with an insurance provider! They have been consistently warm, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely nice to chat with over the phone.
I became a new homeowner about 2 weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and they were so helpful in making sure I had a policy that is right for me, worked to find the lowest price monthly payment for me, and overall, helped me navigate a very difficult transition into the next chapter of my life.
