Since 1999, GSX Ventures has been designing and planning significant on and off campus student housing projects. GSX Ventures has constructed thousands of these across the country and has an internal research department that has pre-qualified universities and their demands to make sure that the developments that we select are likely to receive the highest income, return and absorption in the network of schools.

We specialize in working with groups that possess land but do not have the real estate expertise to place the land in the best position for reuse or resale. Our development consulting group has ample experience in re-monetizing land both through zoning realignment, development, renovation and leasing strategies that will allow landowners to get current value out of their properties or dispose of them at the most advantageous rates.

I began working with Jon and [GSX Ventures] in 2010. My company, Creative Housing Solutions, has done more than 3,000 design and construction projects for individuals, families and agencies to make their homes work for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Jon had been a strong advocate including his project's design details, fixtures and finishes that support access, usability and ageing in place for more people including those individuals with cognitive as well as physical challenges.
