Dave Luptak listed my property to sell. My neighbors purchased the house. He had previous dealing's with them but promised me would represent my interest. Not only did he not represent my issues he got the buyers a better deal. He might be okay to buy a house from but don't list your property with him. You'll become a second class. .

Dave and his team were spectacular through the whole selling process. I had some repairs that needed to be completed before we could even put the home on the market, Dave and team to the rescue. They found me a trusted contractor who knock out the job quickly and with a very high quality of work. The closer to closing we got to closing I got more… and more nervous. Dave was there to talk me off the ledge. So when it comes to the most personalized experience and constantly going above and beyond, my hat goes off to Dave, Pam and Kevin. You guys 100% make it happen.
