Horrible experience! From lack of professionalism, repeated errors, and terribly rude attitude. Such a disappointment, especially in such a trying time for a family. The director we worked with, acted as if he had no experience in navigating the range of emotions experienced when you suffer the loss of a loved one. We read the reviews initially, but agreed to give it a shot, which we greatly regret. Strongly encourage you to look else where!
