The best costumer service and the best products! A few weeks ago I reached out looking for brochures for my photography business. I was lucky enough to get Ben to assist me in the process. My favorite mail house!! RTC's customer service is prompt & courteous.
Their tech dept. processes data in a fraction of the turnaround that I receive from other vendors, and on occasion they call my attention to a data issue. My rep, Barb, keeps track of my projects... in all it's various stages and contacts me when a component is missing (signoff, insert, data). They're realistic in their commitment of maildate - and the turnaround is great.
