Laura is a miracle worker! To be able to go from not being able to bend over to tie my shoes or put on pants when I first started seeing her to now being able to Backcountry ski without pain or discomfort is just amazing. I am so grateful for all her help. I would not recommend seeing any other PT for Low Back/SI Joint Pain.

I have had two major, successful shoulder surgeries. There are two reasons why my shoulder surgeries were successful. One, I had a great surgeon. Two, and most importantly, I had Laura as my physical therapist to help me post-surgery. She developed and flawlessly executed a plan to gain range of motion back, reduce stiffness, and make sure that my pain was minimized. I am not going to lie; there were many days that I did not like her. She pushed me hard, but she never pushed me beyond a safe limit for my shoulder. She understood that time is of the essence after shoulder surgery to gain mobility

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at LoDo PT! I suffered a quad injury this summer in the midst of some long-distance trail running, and Phillip had me back to running in just two months. Phillip took the time to ensure the exercise program worked with my schedule, and encouraged me to find other ways to stay active. Every person in the office was so helpful and friendly, I always looked forward to my appointments each week. I wouldn’t be back to doing the things I love without Phillip’s help. I will be back to LoDo PT for any of my future PT needs!

LoDo Physical Therapy has been an excellent experience all around. The practice is ran very well, and keeps their patients engaged.
I've worked exclusively with Dr. Phillip Wherman the past 9 months following ACL/Meniscus surgery, and my progress has been excellent. Phil challenges and supports me during my sessions, and I always know he has my safety in front of mind. It quickly became apparent that he is in-tune with all his patients, and pushes them at their own appropriate pace. At no point have I been pushed past my "pain" tolerance to regain my flexibility/movement. He also takes sanitation

Coming to LoDo Physical Therapy and working with Phillip for multiple months was always a pleasure. Phillip listened to my concerns and took time to understand my goals so he could keep track of my progress throughout the recovery process for a torn labrum in my hip. The sessions and at home exercises were dynamic throughout the process which allowed me to continue to make progress at a pace that my injury allowed.
In addition to the great services, it was also always a pleasure to interact with both Phillip as well as Danielle during visits, and everyone was very professional. While I am happy

Both Laura and Danielle have been amazing to work with! Laura is the first PT I’ve seen and I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future. I broke my shoulder from a dirt biking accident back in November and immediately started working with her - I saw her for 5 months and now have excellent rotation and strength back. She has given me plenty of at home exercises as well to continue building the strength in my shoulder. During sessions, she really listens to what you’re feeling and is patient with your progress - overall highly recommend!
Danielle also made the scheduling process super easy

Danielle has made the scheduling so easy and friendly. She is always there with a smile and greeting when I arrive.
Phil is my PT and he has been fantastic. He is constantly checking in and making sure all of the exercises are doing what they should. I always leave with plenty of at home exercises to work on which are really helping with my hip pain.

Laura is probably the best physical therapist I've had treatment from. She is extremely knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose and treat a condition that I had allowed to become chronic. Through her treatments and instructions on stretches and exercises, the condition has become very manageable and the pain is very infrequent (rather than constant, as before). She is not only really good at what she does, but she is a really positive person and has a great sense of humor.

In the middle of SF. Parking a little hard to find of course. I had the Group on deal. Very accommodating. Took the wife y here for her Christmas present. We had the couple massage I had Sandy and she had Tanya. Both were excellent. Will recommend this place if you want to have a little getaway in the the middle of the city.

I absolutely love LoDo PT. Bree has been AMAZING. As a skier and a climber, I have had my share of shoulder and knee issues but Bree has helped me resolve any injury/pain issue I've had and also worked with me to correct so I can prevent future injuries. Beyond her skills as a physical therapist, she as well as the rest of the staff are exceptional to work with. Unlike many other practices, they give you dedicated time and attention. I always feel better after an appointment because you feel truly cared for and valued. I highly, highly recommend LoDo PT.
