How long does a treatment session last and how often do I need to come for physical therapy? Every person is seen for an initial one-hour long evaluation. Your initial visit gives your therapist the information they need to assess your problem, determine a prognosis, and create an individualized treatment plan.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! For over 5 years I have been suffering with positional vertigo. It was only until I came to South Valley Physical Therapy and met with Chelsea that I was properly diagnosed. She made everything very easy to understand and was able to give me answers that I needed. She came up with a plan that was easy to follow and easy to do and she helped every step of the way. Even if the vertigo reoccurs I know which repositioning maneuvers I need to do and how to fix it on my own. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone suffering with vertigo, dizziness

I cannot recommend South Valley Physical Therapy or my therapist, Karen Zacharewicz, more highly. When I was stricken with an unbelievably intense case of vertigo for no apparent reason, Karen quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. Karen carefully explained what was going on medically in terms that I could easily understand, and she answered all of my questions. I then embarked on a physical therapy program devised by Karen that was easy to follow and very effective. Karen always explained why each exercise was necessary, why I was doing it, and why it was useful. Karen carefully adjusted

I started therapy with Kelsey Sanders for vistibular system problems after getting hit two years ago while walking by a guy driving an SUV. I was thrown into four different therapies while navigating a host of cognitive issues. From the beginning, Kelsey has been the most helpful, even essential, to my recovery. Beyond the physical therapy, she has been understanding and supportive through a difficult and challenging time.

I have vertigo and the PT's at South Valley have helped me for years. Deb who answers the phone always tries to make it work for me to come in when I have a flare-up and Kelsey, my PT, is awesome. My prior PT's at South Valley (who are now retired) were also awesome and South Valley has done so much to help me manage this condition. I recommend them to everyone - you can't go wrong!

Karen Z. Is has been my therapist for many years and has been working with me to fight the effects of MS. South valley was recommended by my neurologist and I was so fortunate to get Karen because she not only works on balance and strengthening exercises for my body, she also works on attitude and determination for my mind and spirit. She gives me just enough exercises to keep me motivated during the month without overwhelming me. I can use her tips and suggestions in my daily life and normal fitness routines. I plan to continue working with Karen for years to come to help make my life with MS
