David Daily graduated from Florida A&M Physical Therapy program in 1991. After graduating he took one-year assignment with National Medical Enterprises traveling all across the United States to carious facilities. There he had an opportunity to work with a variety of specialized therapists across the country.
Once done with his assignment he returned to his hometown of Jacksonville where he started to advance his Physical Therapy credentials at the University of Saint Augustine. He acquired the distinguished Manual Therapy Certification, which was directly supervised b Stanley Paris PT, whom is a pioneer in the Manual Therapy realm of Physical Therapy.

Services
Daily Therapy Housecall service is for the individual who either has physical limitations or a schedule that prevents them from being treated at the office. We bring everything required to deliver a complete session and can be any day of the week, any hour of the day. The length of time of each session is dependent on what the client requires (minimum of 60 minutes).
Daily Therapy is staffed by licensed physical therapists only. All therapy sessions are 60-90 minutes in length. Every session is hands-on treatment delivering a unique blend of manual therapy techniques to maximize correction of orthopedic dysfunction with the goal of returning the patient to a pain-free functional lifestyle.
Wellness and Prevention Therapy is the epitome of body maintenance. Our Prevention Therapy service is unique to Daily Therapy. As the body ages certain areas will get tight or overused. This process can take years to eventually result in a injury or pain. Our Wellness and Prevention Therapy sessions work toward identifying and preventing these type of typical orthopedic and musculoskeletal dysfunctions before it becomes an injury.
Daily Therapy is a fee-for-service clinic and payment is due in full at each session. If you are privately insured, you may send claims to insurance for reimbursement on your own initiative. Please note that Daily Therapy is not a Medicare provider and does not provide covered services to Medicare beneficiaries.

The best Lower extremity PT I have seen in my whole life. I am a personal trainer and an athlete. I’ve been seeing Physical Therapist’s for two decades. He is also the hardest working PT that I know. He does a very high level of manual therapy that will open up your tissues and give you far greater results than the average PT. I can’t recommend him enough. His homework prescription is also high level. Thanks David

I have received amazing care from both David and Mark. I went to them barely able to walk last March. They were able to get me back to my base and beyond with a routine and skills to manage my issues. It takes hard work from all of us but paid off big time.I went gorilla tracking in Rwanda in December and just last month i hiked the Milford Track with a 22 lb pack. And I am back to golf. I cannot say enough.

I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet!! I've been seeing Dave since 2013, before he had his own office. Before that, I had seen several other physical therapists and no one could figure out why I was in pain (tennis elbow). Turned out my wrists were too tight- Dave quickly diagnosed it in a matter of minutes. My life changed after that! I felt so much better. Fast forward to a few years later when I discovered Dave had his own private practice. I came a bunch of times, and I felt SO much better! I tell all my friends and family nearby to go see Dave if they have any issues that

Dave Daily is the real deal when it comes to Physical Therapists! It makes me irate to see one and 2 star reviews, supposedly from former patients. As a Researcher with a background in Orthopaedics (Spine), I cannot thank Dave enough for everything that he's done to help my family and me!

Looking at the previous reviews is alarming-but more so because they do not look like they were written about the same practice I have been going to. I feel that they are confusing this place with another.
I had a friend refer me to David Daily, after she and her mother raved about how much he had helped them with their back and neck issues.
I have 2 herniated discs and have been in constant pain for a very long time. At night, I wake up at least 3 times every hour to change positions, due to pain. I have tried PT in the past, only to be in more pain afterwards than when I went in. My Rx was

I am not sure who the other reviewers are getting their reviews mixed up with but they cannot be talking about the same place I visited. I went to 11500 W Olympic Blvd Suite 503 and had wonderful experience. It first started with the office Manager Kyria. I was referred by someone and when I reach out Kyria was prompt, flexible, and informative. When I got to the office the first thing I notice was that is smelt so good, had relaxing music playing, and was very clean (I am a property manager so I tend to notice these things).

Great unique physical therapy. They don't use any machines all the healing is provided with their own two hands. Mark and Dave are great! They even have a yoga instructor in the office for you to do some stretching with. Highly recommend giving them a try.
I just had another great session with Dave. His ability is one that is not found anywhere!

I have been here about 3 times so far and im dissappointed. I was expecting better than i received. Maybe that is my fault for having highe expectations. I feel like my treament was rushed and i didnt get the attention i deserved . I felt like my treatments were cut short. Another issue i have is that only cash is accepted and the times i paid no one has given me a receipt. The location is also an inconvinience for me. It was the last straw.

I'm not sure what office these other reviewers went too but Dave and Mark are extremely professional. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. They walked me step by step through all the treatment. The whole office was super friendly. Before you book with them they explain to you all their policies and location so nothing is a surprise. They accommodate you in any way possible even offer to come to your home if you cant make it to the office. They even help you with insurance stuff if need be. I now see them on a regular basis and have recommended my whole family to them and they love

I came here because a friend and I were having a talk about how it's hard to find people who are caring and considerate and have patience with people who need therapy. And since it's new I thought maybe I can give this place a try since it's closer to my home.
I am completely disappointed.
The therapist would wander away during treatment and would send me over to his assistant who had no idea about my injuries and treatment. After I asked why I was being given to someone else all I got was " next appointment was here, sorry!" Ok well looks like I won't come here again

Just came from my weekly therapy session at Daily Therapy and wow do I feel good. On average I work out several times a week and I rely on my weekly therapy sessions with Mark and Dave to keep me moving fluidly. It is thanks to Daily Therapy that I avoided a back surgery a year ago for an annular tear in my spine and I am back to working out pain free. Great office and a terrific staff.
