Lotus Key Homes provides all their clients choices. You buy and sell your home YOUR WAY. As a property owner that wants to sell, you choose your selling package from our Lotus Key Homes Selling menu. The commission range from a flat rate of $500 to the full package of 7% that includes drone footage, virtual tours, luncheon tours and more.
We have a wide selection of Kansas City rental homes available from apartments to executive estates. Some properties have a lease-to-own option. The Lotus Key Homes advantage is if you decide to buy at the end of your lease term we discount the broker admin fee! You can keep using the same agent you worked with before.
To apply for one of Lotus Key Homes quality rentals please complete the below information. To qualify for a rental property you should have good rental history, good job history, make within the housing ratio of 3x the rent+ and no landlord complaints, judgements or evictions on your record.
