I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2009 and a cancer survivor as of 2017 (ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer). I strongly believe that a big part of holistic health is about taking control of your well-being and making conscience choices that empower you to live better every day. Massage therapy is a critical component for addressing our body's physical needs and living a healthy lifestyle.
At The Healing Massage Retreat, we offer a wide variety of healing massage therapy to fit everyone. Combination of Relaxation Massage and Deep Tissue Massage to not only relax your whole body but at the same time, work through some of the muscle issues or "tight spots" you may be experiencing. It may also improve your circulation, reduce swelling.
