Bad dentistry, good salesmanship! Dr Labib convinced me to do a crown on a tooth that I had a small cavity. After a few days, the crown cracked and I swallowed part of it. I went back to the office. After three hours of waiting, he saw me just to treat me rudely and insisting that I am at fault, otherwise, the crown was well built in India with the finest material and workmanship!??

I don't have much positive to say about this practice so if you want a reliable dentist, one that can see you in a reasonable amount of time I would definitely say go somewhere else.
My daughter had Invisalign done here. I have nothing negative to say about the treatment
The issue is with the availability of the doctor.
Hours were cut back to two days a week and booked up solid ..be Leary !

Dr. Labib was great right from the moment I sat in the seat. Walked me through why my tooth was hurting so much, I had feared I would need a root canal, but he calmed my nerves and let me know it wasn't that serious. After filling the cavity i felt better the very next day. his staff is also very friendly and got me in and out in no time. I will definitely be making Dr. Labib my new dentist. also worth noting that the location near the Parkway makes it super convenient to get to!

Dr. Labib was very comforting and handled my fear very well. He explained everything before he did it I felt no pain during the procedures!
UPDATE: After several more visits, I still have nothing but good things to say about the practice and Dr. Labib. He fixed a broken tooth on short notice, saving me a lot of embarrassment.

Like everyone else, I hate going to the dentist. But my visit to this place couldn't have gone any smoother. The office is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and after a quick visit with the dentist, my pain was gone. The office emailed me all the forms to fill out before I arrived, and I didn't have to wait long to see the dentist.
Overall, it was about as good of an experience as one could hope for at a dentist's office. I'll be going back (although I hope I won't need to)!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Labib and his staff. I've been avoiding going to the dentist for a while. I was due for cleaning and check up so I made an appointment. The office is super clean and the waiting area is cozy. Dr. Labib was very attentive and thorough going through the x-rays and explaining what work needs to be done. I made a follow-up appointment and I'm looking forward to going back!

Dr. Labib is a well spoken person who has a nice facade. But he is a sleazy sales person who sold me care that I did not need. Moreover, he seems to have used some inferior labs, perhaps in India, to do my denture and crown. My denture has been bothering me since placement and my crown has fallen off twice. It it bigger than what it needs to be and has caused cavities with the adjacent teeth. I now need to redo them after a year and take care of cavities.

I had such high hopes for this dentist. First cleaning was okay but they were so rough my permanent retainer popped off on one side and I had to pay $150 for it to be fixed at my orthodontist. They never answer the phone, and when I do connect with someone they either put me on hold or say they can't help me and will have someone call back who can help and no one ever calls back.

I've been going to Trinity Dental for a few years now, and it's really been an excellent experience. Before Trinity, I had the same dentist my whole life, and boy was I missing out--I never thought going to the dentist could be so painless! I wish I had come here sooner. Even the cavities I had filled were virtually painless. I also have a really jagged tooth (not sure of the dental term for it), but the filling I got to cover it up was really smooth. Not going to lie, I almost wish all my teeth were this smooth.

I've never had the desire to review a dentist before, but had to with this place.
I was looking for a new dentist since I moved too far away from my previous dentist, and this place was close, had hours that were good for my work schedule and took my dental insurance.
I made my appointment for a Saturday morning, which was great for me. The lady I spoke to emailed me the forms I needed to bring on my first visit and both the time she told me on the phone and in the email was 10:30am. I pulled into their parking lot at 10:25am and saw my phone ringing, it was her, asking me if I'd forgotten
