Had a terrible experience with Sunflower Maids today. I signed up for a one time cleaning ($299). I listed bedrooms, bathrooms and a finished basement to be cleaned. My cleaners were polite. However, they informed me they were over their time limit and in order for them to finish mopping and cleaning the kitchen, I would owe $45 more dollars. After spending $299, I declined. The website did not require me to sign up for an amount of time, just rooms. I made a call to customer service. When the representative called me back, she started the conversation by saying, “I already spoke with the cleaners

We are hosting a really huge party at our house and things needed to be absolutely spic & span. We hired a cleaning service weeks ago to come two days before the party. They came and didn't finish the job, They refused to stay and the owner didn't return my calls to try to work out something with me to pay them to stay longer or come back later.
