Since 2005, Rob has served as the President of Stevenson, Williams Management Company as well as the President of its parent company, Stevenson, Williams Company. In addition to overseeing the operations of the company, Rob is also one of its association managers. Rob has served on the Upper St. Clair Planning Commission since being appointed in 2007 and was its Chairman in 2010 and 2016.

Under TITLE 68 OF THE PENNSYLVANIA CONSOLIDATED STATUTES, THE UNIFORM CONDOMINIUM (OR PLANNED COMMUNITY) ACT, whenever the sale of a unit occurs within a condominium or planned community association the seller is required to provide the buyer with a package of documents.

This Resale Package will include a complete set of governing documents, financial reports, budget, proof of the association's insurance, an estopple with a Resale Certificate and Receipt for Certificates, a lender questionnaire.We also include any other documents the Association deems important for an owner to have.
