Renting from CityLife has been great. I really appreciate the communication, how easy their renting/payment portal is to use and how quickly they handle maintenance requests. We ended up extending our lease because of the management and the house we're renting is beautifully renovated!

Wouldn't allow for an in person tour unless we applied (which was 50$ per person) and when asked why they stated that their virtual tour should suffice.
When dealing with them over email they ask the same questions multiple times, but otherwise don't really offer much useful guidance.
I ended up calling their office to confirm if this was standard for them since it seems like a scam, but yup they stated this is standard for them. I would avoid this company just for how sketchy they operate

Amazing rental house at a good price. Process of getting the rental was a horrible process. Been here for about 2 months now and definitely try to avoid contact with them unless extremely needed. While i was trying to get the rental it was insanely hard to get them to answer texts and whenever called they did not answer. Although the whole process was rough, I do not regret going through CityLife Property Management for my rental.

I’ve been renting off them for a year now and they have been nothing short of great. Very reliable management company. They bought the house I rent off another management company that were terrible and even fixed all of that companies unfinished work.

The overall property was in “ok” condition, definitely could have been more well maintained; such as the roof leak we reported multiple times. Communication was very difficult mainly through an app and a phone number that did not answer calls; expect return calls between 6-8 am. What really broke the camel's back was our move out experience as we vacated the property a week before the end of the lease term. Followed check out procedures(which did not include an in person walkthrough….definitely recommend such if you work with this company). For their part they did say ”we will work it out”

We started this encounter after seeing 2 Citylife OWNED rental properties on Zillow. We each paid $30 to Zillow for background checks and credit reports that could be submitted to ALL rental listing on Zillow over the next 30 days. When I tried to apply to citylife, there is only an option to REQUEST TO APPLY. I submitted request and was sent email instructions on how to apply which included $50/adult (so now we are $160 in to apply).
After application submission, I responded to several emails that requested same information as previous emails. I called the next day to make sure the pictures of

I just recently signed a lease with CityLife Property Management and I cannot wait to move into my place! I am really happy with all the help from Sara! She was really personable, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered lots of my questions and put a lot of work into helping me finalize signing the lease. Sara is great, definitely ask to work with her!!

I couldn’t be happier with TJ, Evan, and especially Sara’s communication and professionalism when it comes to managing our rental properties.
